Yesterday, in Bad Brain Soup, I introduced you to the idea that the health of your brain is determined largely by the health of the environment your brain cells live in…I call it brain soup. You can also think of those nerve cells as little children. To flourish, grow and thrive, kids need a nurturing and balanced environment.
